Tour Montparnasse, Paris - was an attempt to modernize Paris Capped

What merit can build a building 210 meters high office to be one of the most beautiful cities in the world?

La Tour Montparnasse in the south-west of the city near the famous cemetery of Montparnasse, and offers a splendid view of Paris from the 56th floor restaurant. From this tower, the tallest in France, which may be taken at a distance of 25 miles, or take a helicopter to see, perhaps for an airport on the outskirts of the city.
